Procedure

1: Collect nasopharyngeal swab specimen.

2: Insert the collected specimen swab into the Extraction Solution. Mix by squeezing the tube and rotating the swab 8~10 times.

4: Add 4 drops of the solution to the sample well. Read the results between 15-20 minutes.
